This is one of my absolute favorite yoga routines to do when I need to unwind and chill out. This is a routine (with improv) from Tara Stiles book Yoga Cures :: I use this book frequently for quickie yoga problem solvers, like anxiety at work, aches & pains, PMS & more.
I get stressed & tense, I think for some reason people feel that because I do yoga I am never stressed. I’m stressed…a lot …which is why I do yoga.
Tension builds within the body and it doesn’t leave until you do something about it. Static energy sits and manifest and being stressed and tense can quickly turn to physical health problems.
Just 5 minutes can help dissolve stress and melt tension
